Resurrection' Season 2: More Exciting Revelations to Watch out for
Now fans of the supernatural dram series "Resurrection" need not to worry about the rumored cancellation of the program. The second season kicked off on ABC, on Sept. 28 with episode title "Revelation." It started a week after Season One finally ended. There were not much changes and answers.
Here are some spoilers about "Resurrection" Season 2 episode 1:
Bellamy (Omar Epps) was awakened on the side of the road remembering only few details after a week. He recalled that an officer hurt him on his face with a gun. He also recalled he was behind bars. The moment he woke up he went straight to the Langstons. Afraid that the military took away Jacob, (Landon Gimenez), Fred (Kurtwood Smith) and Lucille (Frances Fisher) reassured him that Jacob was in good condition. He was brought home.
Marty saw an elegant woman in his apartment. He asked her where she's bringing those who returned. There was no reply from her. The woman asked Marty to comeback in Arcadia as a spy until the woman recalled that Marty doesn't remember anything.
The flashback showed that he was really shot in the interrogation room leading to his chest pain. Marty realized that he was already dead.
Jacob went to visit her grandmother in the cemetery and he was shocked to see her there. Margaret Langston (guest star Michelle Fairley), who was dead for more than three decades and a powerful Matriarch of the family entered the scene. This led to the shocking reaction of the Langstons, Fred (Matt Craven) and Henry (Kurtwood Smith), as they could not believe she returned after 30 years.
Henry was overwhelmed to know that his mother is alive. But Margaret worried when she knew that Fred is thinking she is dangerous as one of the 'returned.'
Some spoilers of the "Resurrection" Season 2 also suggest that Mrs. Langston feels the need to keep secrets from his family. There will revelations, which will not be easy for Margaret.
Fred (Matt Craven) and Henry (Kurtwood Smith) will have to do some explanation regarding the closure of their business. Mrs. Langston got furious upon knowing what happened with their family business.
There will also be new characters in the upcoming episodes. More revelations and surprises on your way as the Resurrected unveil.
