Love & Hip Hop Atlanta latest Reveals, Rumors and Plot: Joseline Attack on set Prompts Lawsuit from Althea Heart
Things got very heated recently on Love and Hip Hop recently when Joseline Hernandez started a fight after just a few minutes during shooting with several members of the cast including Althea Heart and Tammy Rivera. Hernandez was caught on tape punching Althea in the face and dragging her to the ground. She is also on tape repeatedly punching her and hitting her when she is down. The funny thing is that she went on to brag about it later. Apparently, Althea is not taking the incident lightly and got the police involved. Both Althea and Tammy have accused Joseline that she smoked crack prior to the shoot hence her erratic behavior at the time.
In the suit, Althea claims that eyewitnesses saw Joseline smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe backstage during the show and that she may have been intoxicated when she assailed her. Unfortunately, for Joseline, Althea is not the only one on the show that has commented about her drug use. Her co-star Mimi Faust also alluded to her drug use. She was concerned about her ex Stevie J's drug use. The two of them have a daughter and Stevie J is with Joseline at the present, and it seems highly plausible that they use drugs together.
However, allegations that Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are using drugs are nothing new. There was a video in July where Joseline performed an impromptu freestyle rap. She was slurring words quite badly in the video it was embarrassing. So you see she does not have the best track record here. Apparently, the first night of the reunion show, the taping was short because a brawl broke out when Joseline and Stevie J complained of it being too hot on set and Benzino accused them of being on drugs. Joseline caused a lot of havoc attacking Tammy Rivera, Althea Heart and Mimi Faust. She then went on Twitter and bragged about taking on so many women. It seems that she is fast becoming a danger to those around her as well as herself, professionally that is.
