Turning Point USA Announces Fight for Charlie — A Memorial Celebration Honoring Charlie Kirk’s Enduring Legacy

Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action today announced Fight for Charlie, a memorial event in honor of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was fatally shot on September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Kirk, co-founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, was 31 years old. Authorities say he was shot in the neck during a campus event as part of his "American Comeback Tour" and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The killing is being treated by many-including law enforcement-as a political assassination. The suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was arrested after the shooting. Officials say there is currently no indication of a second person involved. The FBI continues its investigation into motive, with authorities urging the public to assist with information. T
Fight for Charlie will take place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona. In the wake of Kirk's death, mourning vigils have taken place across the U.S. and internationally, signalling widespread concern over political violence and the safety of public figures.
