Passion is Ready to Drop New Album "Roar (Live)"
Recorded live at Passion Conference 2020 in front of 65,000 college students, Passion will be releasing their brand new worship album Roar (Live) on March 13. This new album Roar (Live) is filled with songs written specifically for Passion 2020. This album features artists Hillsong UNITED, Kristian Stanfill, Sean Curran and more. Since the first release in 1998, Passion albums have introduced the church to worship songs like "Our God," "Even So Come," "How Great Is Our God," and "Worthy Of His Name."
Roar (Live From Passion 2020) was recorded live December 31, January 1, and January 2 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The Passion team ushered in the new decade with more than 65,000 in attendance from across the country and the globe, bringing together the largest crowd in Passion's event history for their annual conference.
Passion, helmed by Kristian Stanfill, Brett Younker, and Melodie Malone, led Passion 2020 along with fellow sixstepsrecords artists Crowder and Sean Curran. This year's conference also brought guests Hillsong United, Kari Jobe, and Cody Carnes who are featured on the upcoming release of Roar (Live From Passion 2020).
With twelve songs in all, the project features ten from the conference with two additional live songs, "There's Nothing That Our God Can't Do" and "King of Glory," both featuring the vocals of Kristian Stanfill. The energetic "King of Glory" was a surprise single release to kick off Passion 2020 on New Year's Eve, and "There's Nothing That Our God Can't Do" released in December and is already being sung in churches around the world while climbing multiple worship charts.
Passion is currently on the road with Winter Jam 2020. Touring across the U.S. through mid-March, they will visit such markets as Chicago, Cincinnati, Birmingham, and Chattanooga. For more information, please visit PassionMusic.com.
