Thor 3 News, Reveals, Updates, Reviews and Plot: Hiddleston to Exit Thor 3 to Continue with King Kong; Skull Island Prequel
Since the time the Thor franchise started, Tom Hiddleston captured the hearts of movie goers as their favorite villain, Loki. He was fun to watch and you never knew where he was going with an angle sometimes until it was too late. As such, he has served the Thor and Avengers franchise quite well but the way things are going and considering the latest rumors, they all point to the possibility that Thor 3 is going to be his last movie. Well at least he is going to go through with it. He has been busy with other projects though such as Crimson Peak, Only Lovers Left Alive, the Pirate Fairy, Muppets Most Wanted as well as a good number of commercials.
There are other titles which are yet to come including his franchise movie, Skull Island, but that is yet to be seen. According to Cinema Blend, the actor may be leaving the Marvel Universe in order get something bigger for himself. The website, "The part is the biggest that Hiddleston has landed since he was first tapped as Loki, and while we don't want to count our chickens before they hatch, there is some pretty obvious franchise potential to be mined here. As much fun as the actor has playing Loki, I don't think many of us would be surprised if he decided to move on and pursue something bigger for himself."
His latest calling pertains to the involvement to the upcoming King Kong prequel, Skull Island. This is projected to become a lengthy film franchise and rightfully so since the original film still has a plot ways to go. There are speculations which have come up over how Hiddleston is going to exit Thor. The theories suggest that Thor is going to rip Loki's head off. This is actually based on the Ragnarok, comic saga. Apparently this will be the basis of the Thor 3 movie. The release date for Thor 3 has not yet been disclosed but we think that it will probably be in 2017.
