Hollywood News Daily reports claim that the former The Young and The Restless star Michael Muhney may be in line to take up the role of EJ DiMera if and only if the Days of Our Lives producers chooses to recast the role. Michael Muhney played the role of Adam Newman on the Young and the Restless show but it was not long after that he was fired from the role. It was rumored that he was allegedly groping his co-stars. Adam Newman's role is currently played / recast by Justin Hartley who previously starred on Fox's soap show, 'Passions'. The big question now is can Michael Muhney pull off filling the shoes of Days of Our Lives Powerhouse James Scott/ EJ DiMera? Or will he do the same (Groping co-stars) and result in him losing his job, well old habits die hard but it is evident that fans are not so sure that the producers should recast the role, according to the Examiner news reports.

On Tuesday, fans got the revelation that super-villain, Stefano DiMera, stole his son EJ's body without his wife Sami Bradly knowing and obviously had some devious plot/plan with it. But what could this be? In the past, the show, Days of Our Lives has re-casted many characters, while it's evident that some have worked exponentially hard, some on the other hand fans are having a hard time accepting. However, if Michael Muhney is successful in taking up this role on Days of Our Lives could result in some of the Young and the Restless fans could tune in which in turn could boost ratings.
