Bloodborne PS4 News: Recent Alpha Testing Video Revealed, Bloodborne Release Date, Plot and Gameplay
The upcoming Bloodborne game is set for a release date on February 6, 2015. The game will be available only for PlayStation 4. The game is well-known for its director, Hidetaka Miyazaki, who also directed other popular video games such as the "Demon's Souls" and the "Dark Souls".
Just recently, the game was made available for Alpha testing, and one of the testers uploaded a gameplay video. It shows how Bloodborne is "downright terrifying".
Compared to Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, the Bloodborne have a totally different gameplay, as the combat is faster and focuses greatly on the offensive role. The player can also move more freely than the other two mentioned video games. The game is also unique in the sense that the player can regain a portion of his health by striking back at enemies.
As for the game plot, the Bloodborne revolves around a ruined city of Yharnam. Many travelers have gone to the city to seek for a potent medical remedy, and a game player takes the role as one of these travelers. However, the twist of the game is that, once you arrive to Yharnam, you realize that the city is full of bestial creatures, plagued by a certain illness that turned citizens into such creatures. Your main goal: to survive amidst these horrifying creatures.
