"Real Housewives of Atlanta" Season 7 Cast: Who's In, Who's Out, and Who Are the New Stars?
As the mega franchise "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is set to return to TV screens next month for its 7th season as announced by Bravo, long-time stars including Phaedra Parks, Nene Leakes, Cynthia Bailey and Kandi Burras are expected to make their comeback. This is also mentioned in http://www.usmagazine.com/entertainment/news/real-housewives-of-atlanta-season-7-cast-announced-2014110.
However, some cast members will not be reprising their major roles. After Porsha Williams had attacked Kenya Moore at the filming of Season 6 reunion last month of March, she requested through Andy Cohen, show host, to leave the filming of the episode.
During her interview, Williams has opened up regarding her feelings about being downgraded to the guest star. She said that after a long time of filming as well as giving her all, she was blindsided through the announcement from the network, which she was demoted from having a housewife status yet she would remain on the show in the friend capacity.
Williams also emphasized her personality and she added that she can only became Porscha as well as portraying anything else wouldn't be genuine or honest. This is further explained in http://www.thewrap.com/bravo-real-housewives-of-atlanta-cast-to-return-for-season-7/.
For the meantime, despite Moore is involved in the incident because of the allegedly occurred after she created some comments regarding the ex-husband of Williams, Kordell Stewart, Bravo announced that Moore will be actually reprising her leading major role for the season 7 of the show.
In addition to that, the network is said to introduce new female cast members to the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" Season 7 including Demetria McKinney and Claudia Jordan. Claudia Jordan is renowned for winning 2 pageant titles in the previous years and these include "Miss Rhode Island USA" and Miss Rhode Island Teen USA". She also appeared on various shows including "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice", "Deal or No Deal" and "The Price is Right".
Demetria McKinney, on the other hand, had several experiences in entertainment too. She starred on "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" of TBS and "Devious Maids" of Lifetime. She is also releasing her very first album entitled "Officially Yours."
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Season 7 will premiere on the 9th of Nov. at 8pm.
