'Blue Bloods Season 5' Recap: Reagan Befriends Ostracized Police
The second episode in the fifth season of "Blue Bloods" with the title "Forgive and Forget" aired last on Oct. 3. Included in the casts are Donnie Wahlberg as Daniel "Danny" Reagan and Tom Selleck as Francis "Frank" Reagan. The second episode focused on Jamison "Jamie" Reagan played by Will Estes and an ostracized police officer that he befriended in the series.
Also in this episode, Danny and Erin Reagan's (played by Bridget Moynahan) issue about a re-opened case was also tackled.
Here's the "Blue Bloods Season 5" recap of episode 2 "Forgive and Forget" to find out what happened to Danny and company:
The "Forgive and Forget" episode of "Blue Bloods Season 5" was written by Ian Beiderman and directed by Eric Laneuville. Let's have a recap on what happened in the episode. Officer Kara Walsh played by Tonya Glanz, has been ostracized by his fellow cop because she gave a testimony against her partner. But Jamie decided to ignore the police officer and ride with Kara for a week. But this did not go well with the other cops including his partner Eddie, played by Vanessa Ray.
For Danny and Erin, they've clashed with each other because of an old case that involved Damon Williams who killed Isabel with a stray bullet accidentally. He went to prison because of the accident and now he's out of prison and Isabel died. Isabel's father asked Danny if he could do something to get Damon back to jail because of the murder accident. Danny talked to Eric about the father of Isabel's request but Erin didn't want to file anything against Damon after seeing that he already changed who wanted to help others.
Meanwhile, Frank needs to deal with an accidental shooting between two drunk cops while on duty. He was also visited by "The NFL Today" analyst and former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason.
Watch "Blue Bloods" every Friday night from 10 to 11 in the evening EST only on CBS Television Network and watch out for the Episode 3 - Burning Bridges that will air on October 10, 2014.
