Dracula Untold Premiere And Plot: Dracula Untold Premiere Around The Corner With Fans Thrilled To Get To Watch The European History In A Dark And Brooding Resurrection Of The Bloodsucking Monster
We have the latest for you on the premiere, plot and updates of Dracula: Untold. There is good news for those who have been waiting for the movie Dracula: Untold as it is up for release very soon. The fans have really been waiting for the movie and here it is now. The movie will be released today, Friday 3rd October. The Hoary horror has a setting in the 15th century in the East European history in a dark and brooding resurrection of the bloodsucking monster. The movie is based on Bram Stoker's 1897 novel.
The Canadian actress, Sarah Gadon has joked about her accepting the role of Mirena in Dracula: Untold as it means that she will spend her days kissing Luke Evans. She said, "Something that really attracted me to the project was just that I got to kiss Luke for like a good a couple of days straight. So I was like, I'm okay with this, happy to sign on to the project." Evans, who plays the role of Vlad in the movie, is the leader of Transylvania and he is forced to become Dracula after he made a pact with the Master Vampire, Charles Dance, in order to save his son, his wife and his people. He said, "It's the actual story of the real human who walked the earth in 1400s who inspired the story of Dracula in the first place, so for me it was a new take."
He continued to say, "You're dealing with a human and this man's journey. He wasn't just known as Vlad Impala, he was a respected leader of his people, loving husband, and doting father to his boy - these things are the things we anchor the story on." Sarah adds to say, "What I loved about it is that there's this classic love story at the heart of it. And again, it's not about a forbidden love but it's about a love we celebrate and sacrifice for." With this said, it is extremely demanding physically. Evans said that it was huge location shoots and mountains were transformed into huge battle sequences.
Sarah adds, "I think if you think of Dracula, there's something so atmospheric about it, and there's something so magical and eerie about Ireland, like the weather and how it changes, and there's so much history in those forests and they add to the visual image of the film." As we wait for the release of the film, stay with us for more news.
