Resurrection Season 2 Premiere, Spoilers And Cast: If You Were Hoping To Finally Know How The Mysterious Resurrected Came Back To Life, Well You Have To Wait A Little Longer As That Is Still A Mystery
We have the latest for you on the premiere, spoilers and cast of Resurrection season 2. The series that premiered last fall told the story of people who were believed to be long dead come back to life in a mysterious turn of events. When the season one of resurrection reached its grand finale, we still had no clue as to how the resurrected came into being. Season 2 has finally premiered with its pilot episode just answering a few questions. If you were hoping to finally know how the mysterious resurrected came back to life, well you have to wait a little longer as that is still a mystery in season 2.
But it was a successful episode as when season one ended the big question was; is Agent J. Martin Bellamy among the returned? Episode one did indeed answer that question; Bellamy is indeed one of the retuned. Bellamy (Omar Epps) has a fuzzy memory of what has been going on around him as he wakes up on the side of the road with no clue of what happened. Last thing he remembers is an officer hitting him with a gun on his face. He tells that he was being interviewed by a mysterious woman who gave him a sort of a shot. He quickly runs to the Langston's to check on Jacob (Landon Gimenez) who he feared had been taken by the military. Fred (Kurtwood Smith) and Lucille (Frances Fisher) ease his tension by showing him that Jacob was fine.
Bellamy had not come to terms that he had been gone a whole week and when he called his boss he spoke to another person. When asked of his location he quickly hung up. Jacob was worried about Bellamy and when he asked if he was doing okay, Bellamy developed pain in his chest.
Rachael (Kathleen Munroe) is a month further along in her pregnancy than she thought; she has been granted accommodation by Tom (Mark Hildreth) in his guest room. Maggie (Davin Kelley) doesn't seem to be in good terms with her father, the sheriff as when she is examining Rachael one of the nurses told her that her father wished to talk to her, she puts on a face suggesting disinterest to talk to him.
There is so much to look forward to in the new season. Resurrection airs on Sunday at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC.
