GTA 6 Rumors: Gamers Should be Thrilled with the Idea of Another Installment
There are too many controversies surrounding the themes of the Grand Theft Auto video game, but one could never deny that it yields a lot of profit for game developer company Rockstar North. This leads to the creation of another installment, the Grand Theft Auto VI.
Despite the release of the last installment in September last year, eager players could not help but speculate and believe the rumors regarding the release of the next game.
GTA 6 is no exception to the rumors that surround the entertainment field. Rumor has it that it will be released in the next three years, the Vice City still existent in 1980's Miami, Florida. Apparently, it will also feature former locations in which gamers can travel to whenever.
Rockstar Games North President Leslie Benzies claims that they've "got about 45 years worth of ideas," but that GTA 6 isn't planned fully, but there are some that they would like to incorporate into the game. The team is improving the online version of GTA 5 currently, so it is close to impossible that the brainstorming for the sixth installation is almost done.
One of the bigger rumors right now is the possibility of having a female lead character. GTA V Writer Dan Houser said that it is possible for them to develop a female lead character, but they have not thought of which game would the character be placed in. Whatever game it would be, gamers would most probably love the character.
Everything about the Grand Theft Auto 6 remains to be speculations, but gamers are thrilled with the idea that there would be another installment. If these rumors are correct though, then you can expect a release in 2017 to celebrate the game's 20th anniversary. The game will still be based in an American city, most probably in Miami or New York City.
