The Walking Dead Season 5 Spoilers, Release Date, Episode 1 Preview, Cast And Rumors: Daryl Dixon Opens Up About His Experience Acting In The Walking Dead And What The Future Holds For Him
We have the latest for you on the spoilers, release date, episode 1 preview, cast and rumors of The Walking Dead season 5. Daryl Dixon is one of the handful actors in 'The Walking Dead' since he first appeared in the third episode. A lot is discussed about him being in the series. He is once again discussed as he almost quit acting, crediting TWD for convincing him to stick with the character that they had given him. He said, "I really matured a lot in my mind and became a happier person in this job, because I really like this job, and I like the people I work with, and I like the environment I work in." he went ahead to say, "And you know, the cuts on my forehead, and the bruises, and the black eyes, it doesn't matter; it's awesome. I think that mentality has matured me a lot in the past couple of years, you know? I care more about what I am doing, too."
As the fans and viewers of the TV series, we can attest to the fact that Daryl cares about his work. There is something about his performance that is so special. There has been a lot of discussions about his sexuality and although we have seen him having some chemistry with his fellow survivor, Carol Peletier, we have never seen them in a relationship, and neither has he announced any. The possibility of making Daryl gay was originally discussed by TWD's first Showrunner, Frank Darabont. He took to the idea and on scene; he is not a ladies' man. The Showrunner, Scott Gimple recently revealed that Daryl's sexuality will not be addressed in the upcoming season
A lot may be said about Daryl's sexuality but one thing Norman, who plays Daryl, said is that we can expect season 5 to be full of tons of blood and guts. He says, "You'd be surprised, the creative ways that they come up with doing that, which you haven't seen before. It's kind of mind-blowing. Just wait till this season; there's some new stuff that's like I never would have thought of. It's pretty hard-core." The 5th season of 'The Walking Dead' premieres on 12th October at 9 p.m. on AMC. Stay with us for more news on this and much more.
