'The Vampire Diaries' Season 6 Release Date, Spoilers, Watch Behind the Scenes Blooper Reel Here with Ian Somerhalder & Paul Wesley (VIDEO)
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 6 releases next week, Thursday, Oct 2nd on the CW and more spoilers are coming in.
According to TVLine.com, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is handling Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) in a very "dangerous" way, while Stefan "adopts a different life with a new job - and a new girlfriend"! Executive producer Caroline Dries tells the site, "We get to learn what his process is as a vampire, starting over and living a different identity."
Caroline (Candice Accola) is living somewhere new and her best friend Stefan hasn't been returning her calls. Matt (Zach Roerig) finds a new job now that the Grill is out of commission and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) is still lost and confused. Tyler (Michael Trevino) will reportedly be getting his flirt on with Liv (Penelope Mitchell).
Alaric (Matt Davis) is newly-alive-but-technically-undead and has some issues adjusting. "One of the problems he's going to be having is just how to go on a normal date and be a normal guy again," Dries says.
And yes, we'll eventually find out what exactly happened to Damon and Bonnie (Kat Graham) after they went into the big white light.
The 2014 Vampire Diaries Convention was underway in Las Vegas (Sept 13) at the Rio Hotel & Casino. Cast stars Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder were in attendance to share in the experience with their fans.
A new blooper reel for the fifth season of "The Vampire Diaries" surfaced online, you can watch the hilarious video above.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 6 premiere is just under a month away and they have released a new extended trailer teaser for the upcoming season, which you can check out above.
The show has announced that several new cast members are set to be added to the show for Season 6 including Marco James, Colin Ferguson, Gabrielle Walsh, Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, Chris Wood and Jayson Warner Smith. Previously reported new guest stars for Season 6 include Emily C. Chang as Ivy.
Bonnie will return according to actress Kat Graham herself saying, "She is [back next season]," to TVLine. "But I don't know in what form or for how long," Graham teasingly added before noting she was "just as shocked as the next person" at how season five ended. I've been on the show for five years, and I cried when I watched the finale."
"[The season five finale] definitely establishes new parameters in the environment we'll be shooting in season six," Wesley told TVGuide. "They reset things in a way, and the writers have the ability to now change the circumstances and locations of where the show takes place."
