The Amazing Race premiere is nearby and we know that you are all excited not only about the race itself but also the amazing roster of The Amazing Race season 25 cast. Included is the shark-attacked survivor Bethany Hamilton, best known for the movie documentary of her life "Soul Surfer". She is a professional surfer who had lost her hand in a 2003 shark attack while surfing and in this race she will be teaming up with her husband, Adam Dirks.

We have some Amazing Race season 25 spoilers for you, courtesy of Team Kym Perfetto and Alli Forsythe. The cyclist-enthusiast duo shares in an interview with CBS that they are calling themselves as team non-stop because "we're not stopping until we get to the finish".

If you've seen the coolest teams, wait until you meet this unexpected one. Scientist duo, Amy DeJong and Maya Warren, aim to show in this race that scientists aren't boring - they can be cool as well. In a pre-race interview with CBS, DeJong shares that scientists are always seen as awkward nerds that don't talk to people or leave their labs and hopes that in this race, they can show people that scientists are not like that. The duo also hope that their actions can help encourage women to become scientists as well and serve as good role models for women and girls everywhere.

Competitive teams are not the only ones in this race, there are a few twists in this season as well. The newest twist with The Amazing Race season 25 is 'The Save' where the team that finishes first in the premiere episode will be able to use "The Save' to save themselves from elimination in any future leg. This will be the first time that such rule will be implemented.

All teams, like every other Amazing Race season, will be travelling around the world and will be completing tasks to win the one million dollar prize money.

The Amazing Race season 25 air date has been set to premiere on September 26 at CBS.
