Apple's iPhone 6 was released just after several days when Sony unleashed its new high tech smartphone Xperia Z3 in the market. Now the big addition to the smartphone world of Sony and iPhone are competing against each other. High-end market has been grabbed tightly by these high tech smartphones.

Apple has been featuring 8MP rear camera in the iPhone 6. The company assures that the new sports Pixel Focus technology take the market by storm. The video recording system now allows recording 1080 p videos at a frame rate of 60fps. Slow motion video recording has also been added with 240fps. On the other hand Z3 provides the provision of 20MP rear facing camera. The camera is featured with G lens kit. The smartphone has the ability to record 4k videos and underwater recording is also possible. Front facing camera of iPhone is 1.2 where Sony Z3 has 2.2MP camera.

Z3 is a pretty slim device whose dimension is 7.3mm but compared to comfort issue Apple's iPhone 6 is much more comfortable while using than Z3. iPhone 6 has 4.7-inch display, which has 326ppi pixel density and the resolution is 750x1334 while Z3 has 5.2-inch display along with 424ppi pixel density and the resolution is 1920x1080 HD. Z3 has added two stereo speakers at the front.

Sony Z3 has been powered by Snapdragon 801 processor, which has a clock speed of 2.5GHz. It has 3 GB of RAM to perform tasks faster. Multitasking has been pretty smooth on the device. iPhone 6 has 64 bit dual core processor having frequency of 1.4GHz. iPhone 6 has only 1 GB of RAM. The internal storage for iPhone 6 is 16, 64 and 128 GB but there is no chance for micro SD card addition as usual while Z3 has 128 GB expandable micro SD card system. Z3 has 3100mAh battery while iPhone 6 has 1800mAh battery.

The operating system of iPhone is iOS8, which seems quite similar to iOS7 but works differently. New features like auto encryption system and security system has been added to iPhone6. So the law department police not even get a chance to break the security in spite of having warrant in iPhone 6. Z3 has 4.4 Android KitKat. Sony Xperia price tag has been set around $700 while iPhone costs $650.
