Outlander Season 1 Spoilers: As Claire And Jamie's Emotional And Physical Relationship Unfolds, Deeper Feelings Arise As Her Feelings For Frank Won't Stop Her From Marrying And Maybe Loving Jamie
We have the latest spoilers for you on the Outlander season 1. There is a new sneak peek for the 'Outlander' season 1 episode seven which suggests that Jamie is not what she seems to be in episode 6. She is not as quiet and collected as she seems to be. This will be a very exciting episode for those who love the series as the much waited for Jamie and Claire's wedding will happen. Jamie, however, can't stop thinking about his mother as he takes this very major step.
As revealed by the sneak peek, Jamie asks Murtagh what he thinks of Claire, and he seems to be neutral about Jamie's fiancée. "Think my mother would've approved? Jamie asks. Murtagh even asks sarcastically whether Jamie thinks he has magical powers which can allow him to communicate with the dead. He however, sees how sullen Jamie is and softens up a bit. He asks to see Jamie Brooch which makes him a little sentimental. He says, "Your mother had the sweetest smile. Warmed a man to the back bone just to see it. Claire's smile is just as sweet."
As it had been previously reported, Jamie will not be the only nervous one. Claire, too, will be feeling very conflicted. One of her reasons of getting married to Jamie is so that Capt. Black Jack Randall will not legally force her to go back to England, but she is still married to Frank in the 1940's. This is a sacrifice she will have to make in order to stay alive. Some part of her, though, might be feeling guilty as she does not mind being married to Jamie. According to an earlier synopsis, her feelings for Frank are not likely to stop her from getting married to Jamie, as it will also not prevent her from loving Jamie. The synopsis teases, "as their emotional and physical relationship unfolds, deeper feelings arise." If you remember, the two have only known each other for a few weeks, and Claire is a virgin which might seem a little bit awkward.
Outlander season one, episode 7 will be shown on 20th September on Starz. Are you excited about the upcoming season? Stay with us for updates on this and much more.
