"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" Season 2 News 2014: Will Amy and Jake Be Together? Latest Episode Details Here!
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" Season 2 finds Jake working as undercover. Jenny Slate playing the role of Bianca will be featured during the premiere episode. Slate character is a tough and rough mob mistress who will be helping Jake serving justice. It also came to our understanding that the season 2 will not be picking up where the season 1 have actually ended. Mike Schur, executive producer said that "There is a time jump. It does not pick up right where we left off."
During the last season Jake was fired (in his own intention) from the precinct. This was his main goal so that he can work undercover for FBI. Moreover, Jake already revealed that he has feeling for Amy. The budding romance of Amy and Jake will "not going to be the main focus of the show," executive producer said. "It's going to be one of the elements of the show we're going to follow as the year goes on," she continued.
For those fans who are also wondering about Gina's and Charles encounter during the season 1 finale. Their relationship will be playing during the premiere as well as the rest of season two. Fans can expect a lot from the season. "We came up with the twist ending of Charles and Gina fairly early on, as a way to complicate everyone's world heading into Season 2," Schur said.
Dan Goor, executive producer also said that it's "less likely that [Hitchcock and Scully] will die in a murder-suicide. We want to put them in as many stories as possible and give them as many stories as possible." "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" 2nd Season premieres on Sept. 28 on FOX at 8:30PM.
