On November 10, the late Whitney Houston will release her first live album ever almost 3 years after she passed away in 2012.

Clive Davis appeared on the "Today" show to reveal news that there will be a new Whitney Houston album and unveil the cover art and announced that the album will be available on November 10th titled Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances.

The new album will feature 16 of Whitney's greatest live recordings. Here is the press release for the album.

"Legacy Recordings, a division of Sony Music Entertainment, has announced plans to release Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances, on Monday November 10th. The six-time Grammy-award winning singer's first-ever live album features the most memorable live performances from her storied career. The album will also be available as a CD/DVD, which includes stunning videos of Houston's most unforgettable performances, reinforcing her as one of the greatest vocalists of all time. Both the audio and visual content have undergone state of the art restoration and remastering. Fans are now able to pre-order the CD/DVD from the Whitney Houston official fansite (http://smarturl.it/WH_Live_d2c) to get their names included on an exclusive poster. A limited edition fan bundle, which includes a purple vinyl, is offered on the site as well. Both the CD/DVD and the CD are also available for pre-order on Amazon and iTunes. Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances will take listeners through the remarkable arc of Houston's career, from her national network television debut appearance on The Merv Griffin Show in 1983 as a prodigious teenager, where she sang "Home" from The Wiz, to her emotional 2009 performance of "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
