Homeland season 4 spoilers, cast and trailer: The Return of Carrie Mathison

You guessed it: Carrie Mathison is back and with a whole new drive on Homeland season 4. 

Transformed from her grief caused by the death of Brody from season 3, Mathison, played by Claire Danes, will be juggling her duties as the newly appointed station chief of the Istanbul station in Afghanistan with being a mother to her daughter with Brody. What's more heartbreaking is that she will be leaving her baby and her family in America while she travels overseas over to her new job.

If you think that's all to the Homeland season 4 spoilers, better think again. Another leaked info shares that there will be a drone strike gone wrong. Not only had it killed innocent children but a video of the attack had been uploaded on the internet. Looks like it is more work for the CIA again!

Spoilers aside, there is also a new addition to the show. House of Cards' Corey Stoll will be joining the Homeland season 4 cast and will be playing a mysterious CIA agent who will most likely rub on Carrie the wrong way. Returning to the new season are Rupert Friend as Peter Quinn, Tracy Letts as Andrew Lockhart, Mandy Patinkin as Saul Berenson, Nazanin Boniadi as Fara Sherazi, Laila Robins as Martha Boyd and David Marciano as Virgil.
