Blue Bloods Season 5 Spoilers: The Airing Channel Of The Show Signed A Non-Exclusive Content Licensing Agreement With Hulu Plus
The drama that gives meaning to family dynamics has returned for its newest season. The Irish-American Reagan family is back for more NYPD ventures. For the season 5, lead characters will still be Tom Selleck (Frank Reagan), Donnie Wahlberg (Danny Reagan), and Bridget Moynahan (Erin Reagan Boyle).
The Blue Bloods season 5 renewal comes right after CBS, the airing channel of the show signed a non-exclusive content licensing agreement with Hulu Plus, a website and over-the-top movie and film streaming and subscription channel.
The show will be revealing new characters on its newest season. Directed by David M. Berrett, thelatest season's first episode will revolve around Danny and Detective Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) and their mission to assist or escort confiscated illegal drugs but then on a convoy will attack them and will leave Baez fatal and wounded. In line with the attack Danny will track down and search over the person or the group who is responsible for the said attack - suspects are the drug lords that involve with the confiscated illegal drugs.
On the other hand, the season 5 will be having the appearance of other casts: Samy Gayle (Nicole -"Nicky" Reagan - Boyle), Amy Carlson (Linda Reagan) and Nicholas Turturro (Anthony Renzulli); they will be vital on the episodes aside from the leading ones.
Also, to give spice more on the latest season, it has been revealed that Blue Bloods season 5 will be introducing Peter Conboy (New York Police Officer), Alex Ziwak (Undercover Detective), Jay Hieron (Ramon Sanchez), Chris Skeries (Office Worker), Noah Fleiss (Paul), Tanya Perez (Agent Martinez) to name a few.
Blue Bloods Season 5 first episode is entitled "Partners" and will be airing 10:00PM until 11:00PM every Friday EST. The returning series will be airing on October 3, 2014.
