Bachelor in Paradise Season 2: An Early Vote of Confidence from ABC

Bachelor in Paradise Season 2 will be back on ABC. Officially renewed for another round of island-based romance, drama and comedy, the next season of the Bachelor in Paradise TV show will have a premiere date sometime in June 2015. Of course, at this point it is too early to see Bachelor in Paradise spoilers or for news on who will make it to next season's Bachelor in Paradise cast to come out. Chris Harrison though will certainly be back to host the reality TV show.

Harrison in an interview with TVGuide spoke about the surprisingly early ABC announcement for the renewal of Bachelor in Paradise Season 2. He said: "We were pretty confident, but usually it's understood but [not necessarily] written in stone until much later. To have a show picked up for next June is an insane vote of confidence from ABC and to have that much lead time will give us the ability to work for 10 months on location, cast ...  so it'll be a much better show. It's really amazing to have three prime-time shows successfully rolling out. That's insane -- not only 12 or 13 years in to be even more popular and socially relevant than the day we started, but to be expanding and growing is unprecedented."

Bachelor in Paradise was such a big hit the first time around that Jada Yuan of The Cut dubbed it "the greatest gift of summertime TV." Fans, it seems, can't get enough of it that there are now back episodes of Bachelor in Paradise on Youtube, Bachelor in Paradise in DVDs, and even audio tapes of Bachelor in Paradise soundtracks.
