Mortal Kombat X Characters, Trailer, Release Date, Gameplay, Fatalities, Roster News And Goro Updates: Fans Can Have Access To Four-Armed Goro Only If They Pre-Order The Mortal Kombat X
We have the latest for you on the characters, trailer, release date, gameplay, fatalities, roster news and Goro updates of Mortal Kombat X. After the long wait Warner Bros, the interactive entertainment company over the weekend announced the release of the Mortal kombat X that is expected to hit shelves on April 14th 2015 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One PlayStation 4 and PC.
Pre-ordering of the game gives player's access to four-armed Goro, who appeared in the original Mortal Kombat, this is according to the publisher. The new Mortal Kombat is set 25 years after Mortal Kombat 9 and is filled with many new features for example the ability to choose a character's fighting style. According to Mortal Kombat's creator Ed Boon, the game is set to bring back old features of previous Mortal Kombat games including the fan favorite, fatality type.
"For those who are familiar with Mortal Kombat, we first had the fatality and we added the Babality. We had the friendship moves, Brutality moves and all these crazy things over the years. We are going to be reinstating an '-ality' from a previous game into Mortal Kombat X and I can't wait to be able to talk about it, but at the moment I can't," Boon said in an interview in regards to the game.
With Kano as the latest add to the game, Nether Realm studios have been slowly making the Roster for the characters to include in the game. This game will have a mix of old and new characters so it will be no surprise if your favorite doesn't make the cut. Kotal Khan is among the many characters who came into power after Mortal Kombat 9 and is among the many new characters who will make an appearance in Mortal Kombat X. Kotal Khan was among the rulers of outworld during the 25 year period with the story mode simply following the rise and fall of his kingdom, as explained by Bonn during an interview by IGN.
"So yeah, a lot of old faces didn't make the roster, but to us it was more important we did introduce new characters. We're probably introducing more in this game than in any other Mortal Kombat title ever," Bonn said.
