Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta is an American reality television series directed by David Wolfgang and Jade Sandberg, located in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a spin off to the Love and Hip Hop series on VH1 which debuted on March 14, 2011.
The hip hop series in Atlanta made its debut on June 18, 2012. The second season premiered on April 22, 2013, while the third began recently on May 5, 2014.
It was created to portray the realistic lives of women who are involved in the Hip Hop music scene.
Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta for the 3rd Season has added new members to the casts include, Kalenna Harper, Yung Joc, Althea Heart who is the fiancée of Benzino, Waka Flocka Flame, and Tammy Riviera who is the girlfriend or wife of Waka Flocka Flame.
Cast members who started off with the series in its beginnings and are still featured in the new seasons include, Mimi Faust, Joseline Hernandez, Karlie Redd, Erica Dixon, and Rasheeda.
Those who starred in the 1st and/or 2nd Season but haven't returned afterwards were K. Michelle and Traci Steele, although, K. Michelle was said to have returned only as a guest in Season 3.
Part 1 for the reunion of the 3rd Season aired on August 25, 2014, while the second part reunion took place just recently on September 1, 2014.
The 3rd part reunion of Season 3 is said to come very soon! -by September 8, 2014 to be exact!
