It is codenamed a Motorola Shamu. It would somewhat identical to S5, Xperia Z2, OnePlus or HTC One. Google is said to be building this as a top-notch phablet in collaboration with Motorola.
Some believe Google would make them available in their standard colors black and white. Price is somewhat which cannot be guessed at the moment and is doubted to be in line with Moto X.
