Windows 9 Release Date and Features: Exclusive Updates
There is no doubt that Windows 8 has been the most brilliantly designed operating system from Microsoft, but there are something missing. The success of Windows XP and 7 was never really transformed to 8.
That is probably why users believe that the much awaited Microsoft Windows 9 release date will come up with surprises, happy surprises that will stitch things together for Microsoft. It will be a iconic operating system connecting the personal computers, tablets, smartphones, and several other devices.
Windows 9 Release Date
It is fair to say that Windows has not really talked much about the upcoming Windows update and whatever information we have is coming from rumors and speculations. However, there are strong indications that Windows 9 will be available for sale by April 2015. Experts are talking about it and now the news is that Microsoft is even putting all the efforts to release Windows 9 even before the speculated date, primarily to take the advantage of an advanced functionality that allows users to install the operating system over the existing OS. This function is called 'Threshold' and is believed to the future in OS development.
Windows 9 Features
So what exactly this new operation system provides? Why is it awaited? And how is it different from Windows 8. To start with, Windows is bringing back the loved 'Start Menu'. On the other hand, 'Charms Bar' is going away. We even except some form of 'Cortana' that will allow desktop and tablet users to instruct system with their voice. Other expected updates include cloud computing support, new applications and enhanced speed.
