Pretty Little Liars Season 6 Episode 1 Premiere, Air Date, Spoilers, Reports And Rumors: A Special To Be Aired In Between Episodes 12 And 13 To Curb The Shock Coming From the Death Of Mona Vanderwaal
We have the latest for you on the episode 1 premiere, air date, spoilers, reports and rumors of Pretty Little Liars season 6. There are 6 more episodes before the end of the fifth season of 'Pretty Little Liars'. The 13th episodes of the season which is titled "How the 'A' Stole Christmas" will air in December later in the year and will be a Christmas-themed episode. In January next year, the 14th episode will return. It is titled "Through a Glass, Darkly."Afterwards, the series will have 13 more episodes left before the season ends.
The ABC family will also be airing a special in between episodes 12 and 13 and it will be titled "Fan Appreciation Special". It is said that the special episode is supposed to curb the shock coming from the death of a beloved character in episode 12. Marie King, the showrunner, said to Entertainment Weekly, "Whenever a beloved character or a character that fans appreciate dies, it shakes our world, and the fallout of this death is really what the show is about for the next 13 episodes, including Christmas."
Looking at last season's recap, the fans were left bewildered after the death of Mona Vanderwaal. It could be that Mona was the most hated person in Liars' but no one expected her to die. And least of all it happened too soon. Many fans were left in despair after realizing that one of the most vicious antagonists in the show was already dead. It was hoped that Mona's death could be staged, just like what happened to Ali some years back. Even the cast members did not expect that Mona could die that soon. Lucy Hale, who takes the role of Aria, talked to WetPaint and said "this, for me, is the most shocking and one of the most heartbreaking episodes of Pretty Little Liars that we've ever done. What happens is very heartbreaking, and I, personally, did not see it coming from a million miles away."
With the death of Mona in the previous episode, we can only wait and see how it goes for the upcoming season. You can trust us to give you the latest information on this and much more.
