LA Lakers Trade Rumors, Latest News and Trade Update! Rajon Rondo of Boston Celtics Being Traded, How True is this Rumor?

There are plenty of LA Lakers trade rumors circulating nowadays, after the trading of Kelvin Love. These rumors involve Rajon Rondo of the Boston Celtics.

According to a news article written by the website of Fansided, it is highly possible that Rajan Rondo will be traded sometime soon as the player himself has already filed a request for a trade. The publication further reports that Rondo may already be transferred to a new team "before the season gets too far in".

To what team he will be transferred is the question that remains in the minds of many NBA fans. They are also wondering what the Boston team will have in exchange for Rondo's trade.

In a separate article written by Eddie Scarito of Hoops Rumors, he has written a piece of LA Lakers Trade update that may just have some truth in it. According to Scarito, "Los Angeles could offer some combination of draft picks, Julius Randle, and one or both of Jeremy Lin's and Steve Nash's expiring deals, plus the Lakers probably could be talked into taking on Gerald Wallace's $20MM+ that he's owed over the next two seasons as well. This couldn't be a bad return for Boston, especially if they could rid their books of Wallace's deal in the process. One major hitch would be convincing Rondo to re-sign with the Lakers, which MacMullan said he wouldn't be willing to do."

This LA Lakers trade rumor has not been confirmed yet, seeing that there is still the possibility of Rondo not being all that willing to sign up again with Los Angeles Lakers. Boston Celtics would probably need to forget about its rivalry with the LA team if it wants to get the package including Randle, Lin, and Nash.
