Rambo 5 release date is not confirmed yet and the production too is yet to happen. Nothing is officially announced yet about the shooting start date and when the film would be aired. The film is more in the talks as of now and it is still going through the inception phase. Indeed, just the talks has been initiated and plans discussed.
However, new rumors claim that Sylvester Stallone has suggested that he is starting to work on his upcoming movie to return as John Rambo in Rambo 5. That may be true as well. Since, actor Sylvester Stallone himself expressed his willingness to come back with Rambo 5 and gave green signal to speculations, in an interview to Vulture.
Stallone pointed "I'm getting ready for that. I'm starting to work out. I'm going to be appropriately vicious and all that stuff, but intellectual. A killer with a heart. Smart, yet stupid. Tall, yet short. Broad, but thin. You know what I mean. We're going to try to cover all the boundaries."
Sources report that Stallone's would retire the Rambo character in blaze of glory. The Sydney Morning Herald reported the approval of screenplay work by Splendid Films. Stallone has already started the work on the screenplay. The movie may have plot focussed on Mexican Cartel, human trafficking and more. A press release read "With Rambo V, Sylvester Stallone returns in his iconic role. This time he goes up against a Mexican cartel. Stallone describes the new Rambo as his version of No Country for Old Men."
The film was first released in 1982 titled as First Blood, then as Rambo:First Blood Part II in 1985 followed by Rambo III in 1988 and Rambo in 2008. At the moment, The Rambo V release date is still unconfirmed. It is going to be a complete action packed entertainer for sure.
