Super Smash Brothers 4 Release Date And Leaks: Leaked Videos Give A Sneak Peek Of The Gameplay Footage And Roster For The Upcoming Nintendo Wii U/3DS Super Smash Brothers 4
We have the latest for you on the release date and leaks of Super Smash Brothers 4. Aurarus, a Reddit user, has posted very intriguing links and screenshots on the r/gaming subreddit. Some of the curiosities include links to the leaked gameplay footage, and the roster for the upcoming Nintendo Wii U/ 3DS title, Super Smash Brothers 4. The leaked videos seem to be from the 3DS version of the game and it contains gameplay of Xenoblade's Shulk and Bowser Jr.
The Super Smash Bros. 3DS/ Wii U game has been scheduled to be released on 3rd October for the 3DS and sometime during the 2014 holiday for the Wii U version. There have been rumors though that the Wii U version may be delayed into 2015. The newest entry into the Smash hit franchise is notable for being the very first Super Smash Brothers game to be released on a hand-held device. The videos that are contained in the leaked gameplay seem to be of very low quality, but you can still recognize the characters and the environments.
Izat True, a YouTube user, is the source of the leaked footages and there are three more game plays. The source of the videos is still unknown. And it is worth noting that this is a reported leak hence it is not in any way official. Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS have had their fair share of leaks in the past couple of weeks as the release date for both versions of the game near. Earlier this week, convincing videos were leaked revealing what appears to be the full character roster for the upcoming game title.
We reached for a comment and a Nintendo of America representative said, "We have nothing to announce at this time." The representative also said that the best place to view videos which are up-to-date is at its official website. The official Super Smash Bros. roster is currently 37, ten of which are new to the game. Much has been said about the upcoming games but with the release dates not so far, we only need to wait and see whether the leaked gameplay will have some truth in it. We shall keep you updated.
