If you are looking for information regarding the Shameless Season 5 release date, we have some good news and some bad news for you.
Let's start with the good update first: the show is definitely coming back, with it being signed up for its fifth season.
So what's the bad Shameless Season 5 news? Well, according to the Shameless Season 5 spoilers that Latin Post has published in one of its articles, the not-so-good news is that you, along with the rest of the show's fans, would have to wait for next year, 2015, to come. As the report stated, there has been no announcement of the exact date as to when the show will be released.
You do not have to worry though: there are plenty of other good Shameless Season 5 news. In a separate news article still written by Latin Post, it reported some of the details that were revealed in an interview with the TV series' executive producer.
Wells talked about the plot twist that they created for the show, wherein Justin Jimmy Steve (played by Justin Chatwin) came back when he was supposedly dead. Some Shameless Season 5 rumors about how Frank should have died in the previous season will also be covered in this upcoming season of the series.
Some updates in regard to the casting of the show was also covered. Next season, Steve Kazee will be included in the show's list of cast. He will be "playing the role of a very handsome musician", as the publication has written.
In addition to Steve Kazee's inclusion in the cast, Emily Bergyl, who has taken the role of Sammi Gallagher, has been able to secure a permanent cast member in the show. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, whose role in the previous series was the manager of the diner, will be seen in more than just a few episodes.
