'Snow White and The Huntsman' Release Date Finally Set

The numerous fans of the Snow White and the Huntsman movie, which made $396 million in the box office, have a reason to celebrate. The sequel finally has a release date and other details of the upcoming movie have been released as well.

Unfortunately for Kirsten Stewart, she won't be the focus of the story. As a matter of fact, she will have minimal to non-existent role.

The story will be around the background of Chris Hemsworth, the huntsman. As implied in the first movie, the huntsman has a dark background so the producers decided to create a story out of it. Charlize Theron, or Raveena will be part of the movie and she will have a major role in it, playing the main villain. Rupert Sanders won't be returning to direct the sequel, as expected. The direction of the movie will be in the hands of the writer and director Frank Darabont. But still, with Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron still in the movie, it can still be pretty exciting, right?

Now it's pretty obvious why Kirsten Stewart and Rupert Sanders were taken out of the equation of the million-dollar movie, but the people behind the studio producing the movie completely want to make this movie about the story and shield it from controversy of the previous film. So, they have decided to just make the title of sequel of the Snow White and the Huntsman to simply The Huntsman. The Huntsman is set to be released on April 22, 2016.
