Tekken 7 Release Date, Reveals, Spoilers and Rumors; Trailer Released at the Evo 2014 Event which shows New Details about Upcoming Game
Tekken 7 which is highly anticipated by the fans was unveiled by Namco Bandai Games at the Evolution Championship Series fighting game tournament in Las Vegas on July 13th this year. The last installment, Tekken 6 was released in 2007. According to the latest reports, the game will be released sometime before the end of 2015. According to the game series executive producer, Katsushiro Harada, this means that the power and flexibility available as a result of the engine will enable them to concentrate on creating a game that is everything that the fans need without worrying about creating a standalone graphics engine.
The trailer for Tekken 7 was provided recently at the Evo 2014 event this weekend and it got both the Namco Bandai fans, and Tekken Loyalists on their feet to see what their developers had in store for them. The game will be available for PS4, X Box One and PC platforms at the time of release. In order to appease the clamor of the fans for more details concerning the game, the executive producer, Harada claimed that the plot of the latest upcoming installment will feature one of the most detailed background stories. The trailer that was released at the San Diego Comic Con and the clip at the Bandai Namco Games implied the conclusion of the Mishima family storyline.
Now the question here is that will this mean the conclusion of the game series itself, or does it pave way to a new storyline which will be exploited obviously. What the latest news for the last installment of the upcoming game shows us it will finally answer all of the Tekken mysteries which have plagued the series for the past prequels. This includes questions on whom the Devil Jin is and why on earth Heihachi threw Kazuya off a cliff. Similarly, the fans are looking forward to new characters in the new installment. The fate of these new characters also depends on a continuous feedback community.
