Jupiter Ascending Release Date, Review, Plot Rumors and Spoilers: Warner Bros Release Date to Fix up the Special Effects Issue
Apparently, the release d ate for Jupiter Ascending has been postponed due to issues with the special effects. The release d ate for the film is now sometime in February of next year. According to reports, Dan Fellman who is the domestic distributor for Warner Bros, there are still about 2000 special effects of the film as well as the company in order to cover an effective marketing campaign. Apparently they want to make it a masterpiece of epic proportions. Some of the fans speculate that Andy and Lana Wachowski are geared toward making the movie something to remember as concerns the graphics and special effects. The critics, on the other hand, say that this could just be an excuse to revise a poorly written script.
That would make sense because the original movie release which was sometime in July had been delayed because it was going to be released next to some big titles coming out this year including the fourth installment of Transformers and Guardians of the Galaxy which premiered recently. Had it not impressed at the first glance, it would have backfired on Warner Bros, especially after the marketing energy and investment they have put into the upcoming movie.
Ahead of the release date, there was a bit of footage that was given at the San Diego Comic Con. From what the fans saw, you can expect quite a thriller when the movie is released. The trailer illustrates quite a bit of humor and creativity, not to mention the graphics and the ultimate 'Chosen One' plot. The main plot involves Mila Kunis who plays royalty, heir to the throne of the earth. At this time, Chaning Tatum plays the interplanetary warrior who is supposed to protect the heir to the throne at all costs, until she ascends to the throne before she is assassinated. Of course there will be a budding romance between the protector and the protected, after all, this is one of those movies.
