Kingsman: the Secret Service Release Date, Spoilers and Reveals: Kingsman Movie to Add New Humor to the Spy Genre

Kingsman; the secret service had a release date scheduled for this October however; the movie has now been rescheduled to hit the theaters on February 15 of next year. The movie is based upon the comic book by Mark Millar and Gibbons titled Kingman. The Secret Service is about a super secret spy organization which follows the usual plot and recruits an unruly but promising young boy into a fast tracked training program to make him an ultimate spy. At the same time, there is trouble brewing as a global threat emerges and the boy has to call upon his training to help save humanity.

Twentieth Century Fox did not give a reason as to the delay, though, Collider implied there is some additional photography work being undertaken, and however, the rumors have not been confirmed. It seems as though the movie will definitely be a big hit even considering the delay till next year. Colin firth will lead the cast as Harry Hart who is the lead veteran that has had a lot of experience in the field and who takes in the wayward teenager that is played by Taaron Egerton. Apparently, the movie cast will also feature other stars including the likes of Michael Caine, Mark Hamill as well as Samuel L Jackson.

The movie is set to bring a lot of humor to the screen even if the plot features a lot of seriousness that we see in other spy flicks such as Three Days to kill, and Shadow Recruit. However, the movie will also have some light moments and we can count on Colin Firth and Samuel Jackson in the aspect in one way or another. Apparently the movie is supposed to be to the Bond genre what Kick Ass is to the Superhero genre.
