New Tomb Raider Video Game "Rise Of The Tomb Raider" Release Date, Gameplay, And Review: Rise Of The Tomb Raider To Be Released Exclusively For Xbox One
We have the latest for you on the release date, gameplay and review of the new Tomb Raider video game, "Rise of The Tomb Raider". Earlier in the year at the 2014 E3 Conference from Microsoft, Rise of the Tomb Raider was announced as the follow up to the 2013's Tomb Raider series. We learnt that the PS4 will not be seen in this title meaning it will be an exclusive Xbox One version title. It is scheduled to be released in the late 2015.
The head of product development at Crystal Dynamics, Darrell Gallagher, showed an open letter to the 'Tomb Raider community." He also explained why this would be an Xbox One exclusive title. He said, "Today's announcement with Microsoft is one step to help us put Tomb Raider on top of action adventuring gaming. Our friends at Microsoft have always seen huge potential in the Tomb Raider and have believed in our vision since our first unveil with them on their stage at E3 2011. We know they will get behind this game more than any support we have had from them in the past-we believe this will be a big step to really forging the Tomb Raider brand as one of the biggest in gaming, with the help, belief and backing of a major partner like Microsoft."
The new game will be called Rise of the Tomb Raider. A trailer of it was shown at the E3 during a Microsoft press conference. The trailer showed the main character of the game, Lara Croft, dealing with a lot of stress that had built up from her earlier experiences. The gamers will be able to experience a lot of fun in exploring around the globe in hostile areas. Lara has to use her survival tactics in the next chapter of her journey. She will have to learn to trust her newly found friends and most of all accept her destiny as the Tomb raider.
It could happen that at the end, the PS4 and PC versions of the game may also be out, but at the beginning, only the Xbox One version will be released. For now, we need to be patient and see how the release goes and also see whether the other versions will be released at a later date.
