Nokia Lumia 930 Release Date and Review: One of the Most Powerful Windows Phone to Date According to Experts
The Nokia Lumia 930 release date was on July 17 of this year. Since making its touchdown in the United Kingdom last July, it had since been causing a lot of buzz in the tech industry with its variety of innovative specs and much improved features from other world famous smartphones.
Users as well as tech experts all over the internet are already considering it as one of the most powerful Windows Phones to date, sporting a 5 - inch full HD display, a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB worth of internal storage 20 - megapixel rear camera and a 2420 mAH battery. That probably almost makes the Lumia 930 sound almost like one of its predecessors, the Lumia 1520 which, however, has a larger screen and battery; but what definitely sets the Lumia 930 apart from its previous counterparts is that with it comes the whooping Windows Phone 8.1, the current and upgraded version of Microsoft's mobile platform.
Since the successful Nokia Lumia 930 release date, it has managed to keep up to par with its other smartphone contemporaries, especially when it comes to keeping pace with the growing Android crowd. However, one slight advantage that other popular and trending smartphones have - especially those of Android - is that some of them such as the HTC One M8, Sony Xperia Z2, Samsung Galaxy S5 as well as the LG G3 are all sporting the relatively newer and much more efficient Snapdragon 801 chip. They are also reportedly slightly cheaper on contract.
