There is an addition to the characters; the daybreak combinable item which is similar with the dragon.
"You can fire shooting items while moving backward and forward. Change direction by flicking the Control Stick or Circle Pad toward the back of the fighter." This was said by Sakurai. Sakurai disclosed that it will be the prince of the Sable Kingdom. He however, clarified that the Prince will not be available as a playable character. "He's the prince of Sable Kingdom. He's from the Game Boy game Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru, which is translated as the frog for whom the Bell Tolls' which was released in Japan," Sakurai further describes.
Sakurai even goes ahead to provide further information about what the fans should expect. He says, "He transforms into a snake or a frog, and unloads multiple attacks on any opponent he catches.
