Benjamin William Hastings' "Sold out, sincerely" is Available Now
Songwriter, artist, and worship leader Benjamin William Hastings has released his sophomore album, Sold out, sincerely. Celebrating his release, fans can catch him tonight in Nashville for one of three headline tour dates (other cities include New York City and Los Angeles).
The 12-track album features songs filled with insightful lyrics to his faith journey over the last few years. Sold out, sincerely, features guest artists Brandon Lake, Aodhán King, and Matt Crocker.
"As we age in faith there are ups and downs, and I've referred to myself many times in this process as a recovering deconstructionist," shares Benjamin William Hastings. "The song 'Still You' is my flagship song on this album. It's a song that I hope people can use in moments of worship, as it also speaks to the journey I've been on. It's a confession of faith while acknowledging the ups and downs. It's a reminder of all the different ways God was there, and therefore I'll keep showing up back. I love this song, it's probably my favorite on the album. Hopefully, it resonates with people who have been on a similar journey. It's after everything, you're still my everything."
As a songwriter, Hastings has impacted the worship genre greatly with widely acclaimed songs such as Hillsong UNITED's RIAA Certified Platinum Single, "So Will I (100 Billion X)" and Brandon Lake's No. 1 single and RIAA Platinum single, "Gratitude," among many others. He has written songs for Brandon Lake, Cory Asbury, Hillsong Worship, Hillson UNITED, Hillsong Y&F, Rend Collective, Mack Brock, and more. His songs have been streamed globally more than 1.2B times. He has more than 128.1M solo career streams.
Fans can catch Hastings on tour with Brandon Lake for his fall arena tour. Visit his site for the complete list of tour dates.
