The K-LOVE Fan Awards Unveil Stellar Lineup of Presenters and Performers for 11th Annual Celebration
The excitement is building as the 11th Annual K-LOVE Fan Awards announce the Sports Impact Award Recipient and the array of talented performers and presenters at the highly anticipated award ceremony on May 26th. Celebrating faith, music and community at the iconic OPRY House, the show will air on May 31st at 8pm and 10pm (EST) exclusively on TBN.
The evening will be elevated by electrifying performances from some of the biggest names in Christian entertainment. Fans can look forward to soul-stirring performances by Anne Wilson, Brandon Lake, CAIN, Crowder, Elevation Worship, Housefires, Jeremy Camp, Josh Baldwin, Katy Nichole, Lauren Daigle, Matthew West, Rachael Lampa, Tauren Wells and Terrian, along with a few surprise features.
The roster of presenters features an array of esteemed personalities from various fields including sports legend Benjamin Watson and his wife Kirsten, renowned filmmaker and creator of The Chosen, Dallas Jenkins, actress Elizabeth Tabish (The Chosen), actor Jonathan Roumie (The Chosen) and television personality Willie Robertson. New York Times best-selling author and podcaster Annie F. Downs, country star and author Granger Smith and lauded speaker and author Lisa Harper will also grace the stage as presenters along with acclaimed musicians MercyMe's Bart Millard, Brandon Heath, Colton Dixon, Danny Gokey, David Leonard, Ellie Holcomb, Jon Reddick, Josiah Queen, Matt Maher, Matthew West, Rebecca St. James, Riley Clemmons, Seph Schlueter, Taylor and Madison Cain and Tasha Layton.
In addition to the stellar lineup of performers and presenters, the K-LOVE Fan Awards proudly announces Matthew Slater as this year's recipient of the Sports Impact Award. Special teams player Matthew Slater was selected by the New England Patriots in 2008 as the fifth-round pick out of UCLA, earning 3 Super Bowl Championships and 10 Pro Bowl appearances within his 16-year NFL tenure before retiring in 2024. Known not only for his outstanding contribution on the field, Slater dedicated himself beyond the field by mentoring young players and personifying the essence of philanthropy through his family foundation Slater Family Foundation, which supports the Ron Burton Training Village, International Justice Mission, Voices of Martyrs, Open Doors, Compassion International, Danita's Children and more.
At his retirement this past March,Tom Brady called Slater a " A true champion. The best teammate and even a better man. Congratulations on the perfect career," with Patriots Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft commenting, "Matthew Slater wasn't just a special teams player for the Patriots. He was a special team player who helped us win three Super Bowls and made a positive impact on the many lives he touched, both on and off the field. Nominees for the 2024 K-LOVE Fan Awards were announced last week with Brandon Lake leading by receiving four nominations followed by Anne Wilson, Elevation Worship, Matthew West, Phil Wickham and TobyMac who all garnered three nominations each.
