All You Need to Know About Patrick Mayberry's Upcoming Album "Wild Faith"

Singer, songwriter and worship leader Patrick Mayberry is set to release his highly anticipated, first full-length Centricity Music album, Wild Faith, Sept. 1. Available to pre-add/save now at https://fanlink.to/wildfaith, the album sets a large table for everyone with untamed melodies and astute lyrics, all artfully crafted and intentionally threaded together to take listeners on a life-changing journey.
An invitation to bravely explore the great unknown, Wild Faith expands Mayberry's repertoire by effortlessly straddling the line between songs meant for congregational worship, concert experiences, radio airplay and personal reflections.
"We've domesticated our faith so much that we've taken the wild adventure out of it," Mayberry contends of the soft and soaring "Wild Faith" title track that features guest vocals from Kalley Heiligenthal. "This whole past season of my life has been marked by stepping out in wild faith. I think the Lord was like, 'You thought this song was for other people, but this song is for you, buddy.' I'm asking God to guide my steps, and I'll just keep taking 'em."
Along the way, Mayberry is praying Psalm 23, asking God to "Lead On Good Shepherd," the name of an upbeat track that goes to radio Aug. 4. Produced by Mayberry and Jacob Arnold, and written by Mayberry, Paul Duncan and Frankie Orella, the song begins with a Grand Ole Opry-worthy spirit before morphing into a foot-stomping rock groove, turning the peaceful passage into a roaring celebration.
"Psalm 23 always gets used as a comforting Scripture at funerals when I think it's just such a comforting verse for life. This Good Shepherd promises to walk alongside us every single step of the way - providing for us, protecting us, telling us to rest, leading us by still waters," Mayberry says. "God's track record has proven He's a good and faithful shepherd, so I'm going to keep following, step by step. I'm going to trust Him, so lead on, Good Shepherd."
Along with this single, which follows Wild Faith's Air1-premiered hit worship anthem "Easy To Praise" to radio, there is a special version of "Lead On Good Shepherd" available today and featuring Crowder, whom Mayberry toured with last year. The album also features "He's Just That Good" and the introspective "A Million Times" that delves into Mayberry's ability to detour into personal storytelling. Passionate about seeing people connect with the heart of God through music and corporate worship, Mayberry is taking the new music and fan favorites on tour with Jeremy Camp this fall for a 15-city tour across Canada and the US.
