Big Bang Theory Season 8: All The Latest Updates On Spoilers On Kaley Cuoco, Premiere Date And Production Progress

Well we have all been waiting for the 8^th season of Big Bang Theory and it seems like fans are going to experience a whole new Penny as she sets to take a detour from her not to good acting career and join the world of pharmacy. Now I know you all didn't see that one coming because I sure didn't, but then seriously? Penny as a Pharmaceutical representative? Can't quite picture that nonetheless it is a good twist of events.

Her new career will apparently be a bad idea especially where her relationship with Leonard is involved. With season 7 ending on a high note where Penny and Leonard get engaged, we look forward to seeing how Penny's new job will interfere with their relationship. This new season will feature a more confident Penny achieving success in a new career.

Chuck Lorre the executive producer of the show revealed that Penny is getting an interesting arc in the coming season as she ditches her acting career which is going to be a surprising move that's for sure.  

"Her new job is said to bring problems between her and Leonard as she will be making more money which will unbalance their relationship as the power shifts. She will have some confidence and great self-esteem which she never got from her acting career" says Lorry.

He also adds that "She gets a shot to be a pharmaceutical rep at Bernadette's company".

Now we do love the fact that Penny is moving up the ladder in her life however, we do hope that her relationship with Leonard will stand the test of time. We still do not know what will happen to Sheldon who decided to board a train and got out of Pasadena in search of himself after being overwhelmed by the new developments that included Penny and Leonard being engaged, and deciding to move in together without him.

The Big Bang theory season 8 is expected to premiere on September 22^nd 2014 though production has not yet started as Kaley, Jonny and Jim Parsons are still in negotiation fighting for their episodic salary to be increased to one million dollars per episode. We do hope that this situation will not cause any setbacks with its release.
