More smartphone options coming your way
Looking for other options aside from the iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime? No problem - more smartphones will be vying for your attention this year.
Hot off the factory is the Nokia Lumia 930, which was just launched this month. One of the more durable smartphones in the market, the Nokia Lumia 930 has a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and a 20MP rear camera. It runs on Windows Phone 8.1 and is equipped with enterprise services such as mobile device-management (MDM) support, Outlook, and Office 365, which makes it an ideal business tool.
Sony Xperia Z3 is in the pipeline, as the electronics giant continues on its quest to capture a big portion of the smartphone market. Speculations abound that it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and a superb camera. Expect to hear more about this phone come September 2014.
Motorola's Moto X2 is expected to be out in the market by the end of the year. Leaked pictures reveal that it will have a similar design to its predecessor, Moto X. It will reportedly have features such as touch-free control, active display, 2GB RAM, a Super AMOLED screen, a 64 GB internal memory, and MicroSD functionality, all at a competitive price.
