Google Nexus 8 2014 Release Date yet to be given while Google Juggles from Asus, HTC and LG as Product Designers
At the present, the release date for the Nexus 8 is still up in the air with various predictions that it will appear in July being shot down because it was apparently a no show at the I/O 2014 developer conference. However, Android is still supposed to provide an accurate date of delivery and soon. This is also because the previous Nexus models like the Nexus 7 were released in July the previous years. The rationale for its arrival according to Android would be to try and confuse the market anticipation that is there for the next version of iPad mini and air products. Apple's release dates for products often comes in the fall, therefore, the mystery is in fact necessary.
As such, the specs of the Nexus 8 are bound to be top tier, counting on the fact that the display is supposedly 2048 x 1440 screen resolution. The operating chip of the device is a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processing chip which happens to be tapped into 2GB RAM. There are hints that the selling point for the device will probably be the aesthetics as well as the durability of the device. According to Digitimes, Google was originally going to partner with Asus for the Nexus 8 which is for building both of the Nexus for the search king. But now it has changed its mind and decided to go with HTC for the task, which apparently has limited experience especially when it comes to tablets. On the other hand, want Google supposed to go with LG to design the Nexus 8. It seems that Google is weighing every possible angle and wants the product to be absolute perfection as a game changer in the market.
The other attractive feature on the Nexus 8 is a camera combo of 8MP at the back that will come with optical image stabilization. There will also be a 3MP on front for HD video chat and probably for selfies.
