Story Behind Mission House and Bethel Music's Josh Baldwin's "I Don't Have Much"

For the first time Bethel Music's Josh Baldwin has teamed with Integrity Music's Mission House for their brand new song "I Don't Have Much." The song releases today, and is available now for download and streaming.
Written by Mission House's Taylor Leonhardt, the song came during a very difficult time in Leonhardt's life when the pandemic hit her the hardest. Struggling to pay rent and feeling exhausted and ashamed, Leonhardt found solace in the faithfulness of God. The lyrics reflect her utter dependence upon God:
How can I respond
To the love that You have lavished on me?
How can I respond
To the love that You have lavished on me?
I don't have much, I don't have much
But I have a heart that beats for You
I have a heart that beats for You
I don't have much, I don't have much
When Bethel Music's Josh Baldwin heard the song, he immediately resonate with it. Baldwin started leading it at his church. Later, he connected with Taylor and Jess Ray of Mission House expressing how much the song had been encouraging him and the response to the song as he'd been leading it
