Lucas Hoge Brings Hope with a Rootsy Version of the Hymn "Sweet By and By"

No. 1 Billboard recording artist Lucas Hoge is continuing to bring hope through music during uncertain times with his latest #SundaySessions release, "Sweet By and By." Hoge has been bringing his gospel LIVE stream 'Sunday Sessions' to his fans every week for more than two years, with Country Rebel as a video partner on Hoge's 8 a.m. CT stream. Hoge's #SundaySessions have amassed more than 25 million views and counting. 

"I've been doing #SundaySessions for more than two years now. It's a passion of mine and we've never missed a Sunday," Hoge shared with The Christian Post. "I love that people are enjoying these old hymns as much as I do. I'm glad we can release these live versions digitally during this unprecedented time of our lives. God sure does give us comfort through music, so I hope these songs bring joy to everyone during this crazy time in history."

Earlier this year Hoge released "This Old Flame" which exclusively premiered on One Country and "Power in the Blood," his previous #SundaySessions release. 

The Nebraska native's new series "Hoge Wild" will premiere this June on the Sportsman Channel. "Hoge Wild" takes viewers across the globe with the country singer as he travels to New Zealand, Bolivia, Africa and more. With a guitar in one hand and a bow in the other, Hoge is going wild in the great outdoors camping, fishing, hunting, exploring, diving and singing. An avid outdoorsman, Hoge aims to change the narrative around conservation and hunting with his new series.
