Lauren Daigle's "You Say" is the Second Longest Leading No. 1 Song

Christian music singer and songwriter Lauren Daigle's crossover hit "You Say" is the second-longest-leading No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Christian Songs chart. The song has already spent 37 weeks on the penthouse position. "You Say" ties with Hillsong Worship's "What a Beautiful Name" as the chart's second-longest-leading No. 1, after Hillsong United's "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)," which dominated for 61 weeks starting in December 2013.
"You Say" continues to score multi-format airplay, as it keeps at its No. 6 high on Adult Contemporary and No. 20 best on Pop Songs, while reaching the top 20 (21-20) on the all-genre Radio Songs chart.
Last September, Daigle's Look Up Child debuted at No. 3 on the all-genre Billboard Top 200 Album Chart and No. 1 on the iTunes all-genre chart. Her 40-city headlining theatre Look Up Child Tour kicks off on September 27th in Cincinnati, OH and includes 17 sold-out performances throughout the US.
With a voice that is both smoky and sweet, Daigle has forged a unique sound that is reminiscent of the soulful, heart-in-throat vulnerability of Adele mixed with the raw power of Amy Winehouse. Her ability to connect with her audience has captured critical acclaim and recognition as the fastest-selling new artist for her genre of the last decade. Her debut album, How Can It Be, was certified platinum by the RIAA and produced three certified Gold singles.
