Chris Tomlin Announces Fall "Good Good Father Tour" With Matt Maher
GRAMMY winner Chris Tomlin recently announced details for his upcoming fall "Good Good Father Tour." Tomlin will be joined on the road by eight-time GRAMMY nominated artist Matt Maher. The tour kicks off on October 13th in St Paul, MN and is tentatively set to run through November 12th with a show in Greenville, SC. Tickets are set to go on sale at 10am local time on Friday, June 16th. These fall concerts will follow Tomlin's hugely successful Worship Night In America tour. Featuring Big Daddy Weave, Phil Wickham, and Zach Williams, that tour made 23 stops in arenas across the country this past spring, including Nashville, where Tomlin made history as the largest ticketed Christian concert in Bridgestone Arena to date.
"It's incredible to see how the song 'Good Good Father' has impacted people around the world. Every night as we begin to sing the song, there's no doubt of what it means to so many people. That is why I am excited to announce the Good Good Father tour with my good [good] friend Matt Maher. I can't wait for these unforgettable nights of music and worship," Tomlin shared.
Maher is currently in the middle of an European tour, which included performing in the UK for the Big Church Day Out festival. He will also be headlining and/or performing at major festivals throughout the next few months including Big Ticket, Lifest, Porter County Fair, Hudson Fields Christian Music Festival, Soulfest, Abbeyfest and Night Of Joy. Maher will also be in NYC later this month to lead music for the Young Adult Mass for the Archdiocese of New York, presided by Cardinal Dolan. He will conclude his year in Australia and New Zealand in December participating in the 10th anniversary celebration of World Youth Day in Sydney.
