Reba's "Sing It Now" is the Nation's Best Selling Christian Album

Reba McEntire's first inspirational album, Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope, opens with a bang. The album is #1 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart. It's also McEntire's first entry on the Christian chart.

On the overall Billboard 200 chart, the set  starts at No. 4 with 54,000 units sold  (52,000 from traditional album sales). The arrival grants the country superstar her 10th top 10-charting set on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, and a 13th leader on the Top Country Albums chart. 

Reba co-produced the album with Jay DeMarcus* of Rascal Flatts in his home studio and band leader/musical director Doug Sisemore.

"Music conjures up great memories and goes hand and hand with us McEntires," said Reba. "Mama, Susie and Alice even came into the studio with me to record 'I'll Fly Away,' all of us gathered around an old hymnal straight from the Chockie church."
