Daywind Records Welcomes The Second-Half Quartet
Daywind Records is excited to announce the addition of The Second-Half Quartet to its roster of talented artists. This all-star group, comprised of Gerald Wolfe, Mark Trammell, Chris Allman, Rodney Griffin and Pat Barker, has become a beloved collaboration in high demand by audiences across the country. Originating from their impromptu quartet singing in the second half of Greater Vision and Mark Trammell Quartet concerts, the group is familiar to the fans who know and love them individually, however, together bring a fresh, new take on timeless harmonies.
The Second-Half Quartet had the opportunity to debut their upcoming project,Refreshing, for a live audience at the Sirius/XM studios at Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville, TN on Tuesday afternoon. The standing-room only crowd enjoyed songs such as 'Let Us Cheer The Weary Traveler,' 'I'm Going Up (When I Die),' and 'When I Move,' as well as classics such as 'Wedding Music.' The live performance will air on Sirius/XM Enlighten at a later date.
The group also spent time on Tuesday with several radio DJs promoting the new project, before paying a visit to the Singing News Radio studios in Nashville.
The debut album from the Second-Half Quartet, Refreshing will be available at retailers and digitally on July 22nd, 2016. The first single from the project, 'Let Us Cheer The Weary Traveler' is at Southern Gospel radio now.
